Transformation! Some serious installation issues

Transformation!
Some serious installation issues on the previous bathroom meant leaks that rotted out large sections of the floor leaving the room unusable and potentially unsafe. Also a large section of the wall removed entirely with a waste pipe put in it’s place. Waste pipe relocated and wall bricked back in.
We removed the bathroom, flooring and wet system underfloor heating in order to expose the joists. We could then replace everything from joists up and ensure the client now has a properly installed, functional and beautiful bathroom they can enjoy.

We had the pleasure of working on one of three bathrooms for a wonderful client in this charming property. As always, the brief was clear: respect the integrity of the property while removing the old bathrooms and installing new ones in line with the design.
This particular bathroom was the master en-suite. We carefully removed and rebuilt walls as needed, installed a custom pocket sliding door, and tackled significant leveling challenges in this old farmhouse—where no surface was square and the floors were far from level.
From the bespoke shower area to the custom panelling made on-site, every detail was meticulously crafted. This project is a true testament to the hard work, perseverance, and exceptional attention to detail of our team.
We’re thrilled with the result and proud to have brought this vision to life for the designer and clients.

Some fairly major alterations for this room starting with removing most of the wall and doorway into the room, electric glass wall and door being installed in the opening we created soon!

The third bathroom in this beautiful property renovation.
All three bathrooms were completed simultaneously to minimise disruption for the client and adhere to agreed timelines.
As with the other rooms, the existing levels were problematic, requiring the removal of the entire false floor. We then rebuilt the structure to ensure a flat, level, and solid base for further construction.
The bespoke panelling, crafted on-site, perfectly complements the traditional products, also the Karndean flooring and carefully selected paint tones.
Successfully removing and rebuilding significant portions of the property while completing two of the bathrooms in just three weeks, and the master en-suite in four, is a true testament to the dedication and expertise of our installation team. Despite the challenges, each space was treated with meticulous care, resulting in these aesthetically stunning, functional bathrooms.

To get this room flat, straight and level was beyond 99% of bathrooms we have had to work on. Yes it is a beautiful, charming Cotswold cottage, and yes 99% of the houses around here are not level, straight or square but this room was a real test of our mental strength more than anything as there was another problem to solve at every turn.
As you can see we overcame each and every problem to deliver a stunning room the clients can enjoy for many years to come.
We have been back to complete another bathroom for the clients since which I will share soon.

Unfortunately these clients had a wet-room installed by a builder who didn’t appreciate the technicalities involved, the previous wet-room failed significantly meaning we needed to strip the room completely and start again. It has now been installed properly and I hope they enjoy the room for many years to come.

After vs before….. bit of a difference! Previous bathroom may have looked ok on the outside but had massive internal flaws from a poor installation. Big leaks, rotting floor so complete rip out needed to give the client the beautiful bathroom you now see installed correctly from the joists up.
